What do you do to make this work?  I did a generic installation of the
1.1.5.1 (RELEASE) bindist.  This is a 486/33, 8mb, 300mb CDC Wren IV, 
Adaptec 1542b.  I've tried both serial ports (16550 and not).  As soon
as I try to connect, I get garbage.
