I don't believe 0.9 did, but 1.0 has it as a standard part of its IP
code (no special kernel options needed).
A 1.0-Gamma test release should be out some time this week. 1.0, the
official release in another week or two, most likely. You can pick
either up from ftp.iastate.edu, or any other favorite NetBSD ftp site.
