There is a boot floppy image with Adaptec and NCR PCI SCSI support available from its primary archive site: FTP.Uni-Koeln.DE:packages/FreeBSD/PCI-SCSI/Changes FTP.Uni-Koeln.DE:packages/FreeBSD/PCI-SCSI/kcopy_nc.flp.gz FTP.Uni-Koeln.DE:packages/FreeBSD/PCI-SCSI/scsi-ncr-2.0.tar.gz (I put them into "ftp.cdrom.com:/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/PCI-SCSI", too, this site may be nearer to you ...). (Maybe there still is the file PCI-SCSI.tar, which contains compressed sources and binaries of the driver.) Version 2.1 will appear soon, major difference is (tested :) support for 2 NCR 53c810 chips (ie. multiple SCSI buses). If you have problems installing the driver or accessing the files, send mail to either <wolf@dentaro.GUN.de> (Wolfgang Stanglmeier) or me <se@MI.Uni-Koeln.DE> (Stefan Esser) or preferably both. Send mail to Wolfgang, if you want to be added to the mail list, that our announcements get posted to. -- Stefan Esser Internet: <se@MI.Uni-Koeln.DE> Mathematisches Institut Tel: +49 221 4706010 Universitaet zu Koeln FAX: +49 221 4705160 Weyertal 80 50931 Koeln
