Message-ID: <1994Aug17.042412.1882@atlas.com> Organization: Atlas Telecom Inc. Date: Wed, 17 Aug 1994 04:24:12 GMT Lines: 16 Here's an interesting problem. I'm configuring several modems to go on a FreeBSD 1.1.5.1 box for remote dial-in. They all work like a champ. The only problem is that after I log out, and the connection terminates, 'who' still shows me as being logged in on that port! Naturally, this really screws up my user accounting, which is VERY bad. The getty does respond, and the 'phantom' user goes away after a new login. Could this possibly be a configuration problem, or have I found a bona fide bug? -- brantk@atlas.com | "Electricity is made up of very small particles called Atlas Telecom | electrons, which you cannot see unless you have been Portland, OR | drinking." --- This message printed with 100% recycled electrons ---
