The first 30 days of support were quick. My hard disk when bad and I sent it to them on Jun 20th. I still haven't gotten it back. It is nearly impossible to get through to the tech support. In fact I spent three weeks trying to find out where my drive was at one point. I have another problem with my Motherboard, but I don't think I will have them fix it - even through the MB is under waranttee, I can't be without my computer for as long as it takes them to fix the MB. I will NEVER buy from them again. [I finally replaced the mouse they sent me with a logitec mousman to get the mouse to work under linux]
