I base the opinion I expressed above on my experience of ol' Billy in the
newsgroups, my knowledge of 386bsd's achievements and the personal
experiences expressed in-person to me by people who used to work with
him, back when he was a tad less wild and political.
Whether or not you agree with that opinion matters not a whit to me.
