FTP to gatekeeper.dec.com then cd to /pub/BSD/NetBSD_MAC. There is also a unix called AUX, which i know nothing about except that it's for the MAC. AUX may be commercial, but try looking for the AUX newsgroupe(i know it exists), and ask around there.
