Telnet works fine, and people can connect to me with no problem. But when more than 4 people try to connect at once, it won't let any more connections in. I can still ftp to it, but it won't allow another Telnet session. Is this a hardware limitiation of the wd8003 board, or is it 386bsd. And, most importantly, ia there a fix?? Todd Ignasiak Also - I think this is a known problem, but when someone is doing something that's disk intensive ( compiling, or untarring a file ), and someone else tries to do a disk operation ( ls ) it causes the system to hang, requiring a reboot to fix it. Is there a fix for this? -- ---------------------------------------------------------------- * Todd Ignasiak Michigan State University * * ignasiak@convex.cl.msu.edu East Lansing, MI * ----------------------------------------------------------------
