There's been a spate of messages about software patents in a number
of newsgroups.  Things like MWC byte ordering, the famous "suid"
patent, the "xored cursor" thing, etc.

Is there a consolidated list somewhere of all these patent issues?
Preferably *with* the patent numbers?

Thanks, and I'll summarize if I get any responses.
Also, if you can suggest a better place to ask about this, please tell me.
