There can be problems with BFFS but not if you follow the stated procedure. Once the installation is over the original 10M partition is trashed so you cannot possibly get your file system screwed up. It works OK to get you going -- We installed our NetBSD the way we described in this thread with no problem whatsoever. This method would not work on our configuration. I agree it is fine if you can do it that way but it is not possible with some configurations. BTW you may recall our posting about NetBSD and the A4091 card: well I am pleased to say that the A4091 is now working with NetBSD thanks to Michael Hitch. Hats off to you Michael.
