I downloaded the binaries on sun-lamp for i386. They are dated August
1st. I grabbed the sys.tar.gz so I could compile my kernel, but it is
dated August 31st.

Apparently, there was enough difference, that the compiled kernel and the
rest of the system would cause a vm_fault on booting, just not allowing to
do anything except watch it repeatedly reboot.

Too bad the current snap-shots of binaries and src arent from the same
date, so now I am stuck. I would appreciate it if anyone had the src/sys
for the kernel dating to August 1st let me know and send me a copy or let
me know where I could get a copy so I could get this puppy running again.

Thanks,
chris
