Date: 7 Sep 1994 21:53:57 GMT Organization: Sun Lines: 17 Distribution: world Message-ID: <34lcpl$j75@engnews2.Eng.Sun.COM> NNTP-Posting-Host: orpheus.eng.sun.com I've just gotten 1.1.5.1 up and running on my home system and am having a problem. What are folks using for outbound terminal software (dial out to work)? I am having trouble getting ANYTHING to work, and I REALLY don't want to use cu or kermit. PLEASE tell me there's an alternative. Any pointers, help, or horror stories appreciated. Outbound modem communications is the one ABSOLUTE requirement for my home system. I've been messing with the 'xcomm' package (which is SysV bias'ed :-), and can get it to compile but it still doesn't work. HELP! Email prefered but post if you like. -- Jack F.
