In the source tar archives on ftp.iastate.edu NetBSD-Current (a
sun-lamp mirror) the /usr/src/sys/*.h files are newer than
/usr/include/sys/*.h.

There doesn't seem to be a "make install" to copy them into place
automatically.  Is this an oversight?
