I've got ecu 3.32 limping along |under 1.1.5.1, but ecu refuses to interpret its startup script (_rc.ep), |and I haven't had the time to look into this. Having to manually change |various settings like flow control each time ecu is started, gets old |real fast .... I can't compare since I didn't try ecu. If its giving you a problem just TRY minicom, it takes all of a couple of minutes to build/install it. Of course, its was just a stepping stone for me until I had XFree running, minicom is quite nice, but seyon is an utter PLEASURE to use. I keep minicom around for those times when for whatever reason I don't/can't run X. Good luck, -- Jack F. Vogel Sun Microsystems Inc. jackv@Sun.COM
