I have a three MFM drive setup, two Maxtor XT-1140's (wd0 and wd1) and a XT-2190 (wd2). I get that funny message on both wd1 and wd2, but everything works fine.. I have not had the time to look deeper, as things still work. I never had this error under 386BSD+patchkit, but other things did not work, like my third drive, so I am not complaining... :-)))) -- Andre B.
