session just hangs there until you kill -9 it... I have
email out to some folks who wrote the pppd program, and have
yet to really hear anything. (proxyarp DOES work on our Suns).
Anyone feel ambitious enough to play with this before 2.0

I don't know that pppd is the problem (though I don't know how
different they are). I run a pppd with the proxyarp option on
NetBSD-1.0_Beta, and it works perfectly. It also dies cleanly when
told to do so. Don't know if that helps, but there it is...
