Actually, AFAIK the settlement says that whatever the various producers of
BSD derrived code do, they can't have any code in it which has a USL
'claim' on it, unless they require their customers to have USL licences. As
far as detials of the agreements, I've been told that part of the agreement
was that no-one could be told the details!
