I'm installing FreeBSD 1.1.5.1 on a machine with just a 115 meg HD.
So I put /usr/src on an other machine (486 running SVR4) and mount
that via NFS. The problem is strip, it fails with an invalid argument.
Using ktrace/kdump is appears it is the ftruncate call that is failing.
Is this to be expected on NFS ?? If so, can someone suggest me a
work-around ??
