If you run xload as a normal user, it dies with the error 'xload: couldn't obtain load average X?oeXS'. Now, here's the really interesting part. If you are 'root', it works fine. xload perms are: -rwsr-xr-x 1 root kmem 12288 Sep 28 10:08 /usr/X11R6/bin/xload I'm stumped on this one... -- _______________________________________________________________________________ Matthew E.
