I just tried to install a system using a BT445s. The installation would
continually fail at various points with "strayintr c" errors. After this
happened, the installation would hang, and then it would get multiple errors
trying to abort, and eventually bt0 stopped talking altogether.

Mindful of what was said here, I ensured that the board was configured at
IRQ11. This didn't help.

Eventually, I borrowed an Adaptec 1542 and installed the system. Once the
kernel was copied and the system rebooted, I could use the BT445s fine. I have
no idea what was wrong, but it is working now.

If anyone has some ideas, I would love to hear them.
