Same here. The problem is simpler, much simpler.

Actually, you're the idiot.  'e' is 14.

Arlen, your 34f came from the factory jumpered to IRQ 14.  It needs to
be on 11 for the install kernel to boot and work properly.  Change it 
and you'll be much happier.
