Good Morning,
I sent a post to this newsgroup last week, but NOBODY wanted to reply
to me for some reason. Well, here I go again:
Does anybody know where the binary distribution, including docs and
installation floppies, for NetBSD/i386 is? I check the file
/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/doc/README.files in sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu,
but it lied to me. There is no "binaries" of "floppies" directory in
place, like the file says. I also tried [etcetera]/arch/i386, but
there are only binaries there, without install floppies or decent
installation instructions. So, HOW DO I INSTALL NETBSD 1.0 ON MY 486,
ASSUMING THAT I ONLY HAVE MS/DOS IN MY SOFTWARE COLLECTION?
Whew!
Thank you very much for your help.
