Forgot to add my configuration info:

	Gateway 486-33 system, Phoenix BIOS
	202 MB Conner IDE drive
	520 MB Fujitsu SCSI drive

I'm using the dist.fs kernel provided by csg on agate.berkeley.edu.  Standard
5Mb swap space, with DOS coexisting on both drives.  No other bug patches
applied yet.
