I'm surprised this isn't in the FAQ, since I can't find it in the
documentation. I want to set my machine so that it has the time in
CST/CDT instead of GMT. This mainly so I can have an xclock on the
screen that isn't 6 hours off. The manual says that I don't have to
recompile the kernel (as I did with NetBSD-0.9), but durned if
I can figure out what I *do* have to do.

Any elucidation is much appreciated.
