I tried to install 386bsd from SCSI QIC tape drive.
But I encountered following message when read from /dev/ras2a.

as2a: controller error 0x12 reading fsbn 0-19
scsi sense: 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 

What does this messege mean?  Any solution?

My computer has Adaptec 1542B and SCSI tape drive.
It has not SCSI hard drive.
