I dunno, I got the same feeling when I read it: "Why are you dummies
wasting your time on iBCS compatibility and other useless crap when you
could be doing what *I* want?"  I was incensed at the time, and am still
irritated.

You didn't - you asked for new features to be elevated in priority
because *you* want them.  If *you* want them, write them yourself and
give back to the community!
