Subject: Anyone using POV? Can you trace the skyvase.pov file without a core dump?

Subject says it all. I have POV 2.2 compiled (with the "unix.c"
machine dependent code) for 1.1.5.1. It compiled cleanly with no
errors or warnings. However, I cannot render the "skyvase.pov" file
(and a few others as well). After a few scan lines, POV dumps core
with a floating point exception error. I have the MATH_EMULATE option
in my kernel compile turned OFF (commented out). I have a DX33 (i.e.
with the FPU.)

I tried both the povray.tgz pre-compiled binaries from cdrom.com (the
incoming directory) as well as the above mentioned source compile.
Same thing -- core dump.

Most of the scenes I render are fine. But the skyvase crashes. I
compiled POV on my RS/6000 (AIX) at work, and it runs fine. (faster
too, hehe. :-) Traces out the skyvase with no probs.

If anyone has any bright ideas, please post! Thanks.
