Subject: [NetBSD 1.0] page fault in supervisor mode
Message-ID: <CzKM05.3DA@swi.psy.uva.nl>
Summary: crash, no core dump

My system (NetBSD 1.0) rebooted with a page fault in supervisor mode. No
core dump was generated. I don't know if it is related, but previously, while
debugging, I noticed that gdb behaved badly. In such innocent commands as
backtrace, sometimes a bad memory address would be accessed, and sometimes
the stated error would be "No such process." Repeating the same command
would often succeed without any errors.
My system configuration is given below (16 Mb swap).

   Felix Croes
