Adding appropriate entries to /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow should be
sufficient. Alternaticely, use the "useradd"-command.

If you're using NIS, add an entry to /var/yp/passwd instead. There's
no command for doing this with NIS.

Sorry, no experience with NIS+. And: Solaries *surely* has *nothing*
to do with BSD! (Even if they claim to! ;-)
