In continuaton of my previous post on thsi subject, I have found (with
some assistance) something "interesting". Using tip to talk to the modem,
I can only get gibberesh to show on the screen and when I exit tip, it
locks up my shell(s). Getty was not running while Im trying this. Now,
if I boot the machine under MSDOS, and use my handy copy of procomm, I can
talk to the modem just fine.
