Running the BSDI Netscape binary on NetBSD 1.0, my system experiences "hangs"
of up to 30 seconds where -nothing- happens -- even a vmstat just stops
reporting. Anyone ever see this before?

I've seen similar behavior when running xfontsel, but I'm not convinced the
two phenomena are related.

This is with XFree86 v. 3.1, by the way.
