Lines: 19 Message-ID: <3b6vcm$dvb@Radon.Stanford.EDU> NNTP-Posting-Host: xenon.stanford.edu I'm consistently getting kernel panics after the root and usr filesystems are initialized, when the install tries to unzip files from the boot floppy. The install screen says: panic: getnewbuf: inconsistent EMPTY queue Anyone have a clue what's going on? This system is a 386DX-40 with math coprocessor, 540MB Conner 30540, 8MB of RAM, AHA1542B (for the conner, DAT drive, and CD-ROM), and 3c579. It previously ran 1.1.5.1 with no problems. Any help much appreciated!
