Split your disk into multiple partitions, you will be able to newfs again a
partition after moving stuff in other partitions, and moving back to the
newly newfs'd partition.

You will be able to resize partitions with the same action:

     part1         part2         other parts
  |-------------|-------------|----------------

move every file from part1 to other parts
move every file from part2 to other parts

  |-------------------|-------|-----------------

edit disklabel to change size (be careful) and newfs new part1 and new part2

move stuff back.
