I find that "Unix System Administration Handbook" by Nemeth, Snyder & Seebass (ISBN 0-13-933441-6, Prentice-Hall) to be useful. Be sure to check your man pages for differences though, I find that setting quotas on FreeBSD differs in the details from the description in the book; you may find others.
