I got 386BSD up on my 386-33 over the weekend.  It is cool.

I am naive about COM lines and junk like that.
When I try entering

# tip com1<CR>

, as per INSTALL.NOTES, page 21, I get an error, "com1 is an
unknown host", or something like that.

Also, is com3 supported by 386BSD?

Does someone have a list of instructions about how to use
modems with 386BSD?  If I receive help on this, I will post
a summary to comp.unix.bsd.
