When I use ps with the v flag to look at virtual memory stuff,
I get an error about it not being able to find info on trs
(sorry, I don't have the exact message), and I don't get a
field for TRS (amount of memory allocated to the program's
text segment). What is wrong here, and how can get this
info? I know I can use /usr/bin/size, but that won't tell
me how much of the text segment is actually in memory.
Is there any way of overcoming this? Much thanks for any
help.
