I'm running OS/2, DOS, and FreeBSD on the same machine while using
boot manager without a problem.  Just remember that after you install
FreeBSD, that it will be the boot partition.  You'll need to boot OS/2
from a floppy, go into FDISK and set the boot manager as the default.
