I got billed on 10th November 1994 for my CD-ROM, and till end of last week
, I haven't got it. So I mailed him twice, once his Internet email address,
and once his CompuServe address, no replies. So, I rang him up, it's a
recorded message, so I left a message, and I am still waiting for a
reply and my CD-ROM.

The same thing happened when I placed my order. First I got an ack saying
my fax order is received, but my VISA card numbers are not clearly visible,
and required me to re-send. So I did through email, and asked a few
questions, but I never got back any replies, and I have been checking
my bill, and well there isn't anything happened yet. Until I received
a letter dated 11th Oct 1994, saying the CD-ROM should be done by
14th Oct 1994 blah blah blah, and ASSURED me that my card will not
get charged before the CD-ROM is shipped out. Even though I am in
Australia, I don't think it should take them more than 1 month to ship a
CD-ROM.

Again, I am in the same situation as many of you that, the ONLY reason
I bought the CD-ROM is for the sake of the documentation. Does anyone
know what happens to their delivery ?
