OK, I got the BSD 1.1 CD. Yes, I realize I must learn UNIX. No, I don't know
my rear from a UNIX prompt. I am sure someone can help me in a nano-second.
I did;
1 make images of kernal, cpio, filesys floppys
2 followed instructions and installes BSD in 100 MB vol of my hard drive.
about the fourth time I booted this system, I got a # LOGIN:.
This confused me, and I am dead in the water. I Loged in as root but received
"don't login as root, use su ".
I tried to log in as su but it won't let me.
What is my next step to be
