Seems to me that you can internally support a free OS if you have
sources.  I have dealt with a lot of different vendors over the years
and truthfully I have a lot more faith in my own ability to find and
fix bugs than any of the vendors out there.  I don't need support, I
can handle that myself or find someone brighter than me to look over
my shoulder.  What I need is source.  Of course I have managed to avoid
wearing a suit up so far.  I guess if I ever get into the mindset of
being a suit I may be in the market to find people to blame when I
have system problems instead of fixing them myself.
