My system was up for 78 days >before I started rebooting to play with 2.0, even with these problems... Well, I'd say keep an eye on them but largely ignore them. You can expect to get messages from fsck because you're running it on a mounted and likely in use filesystem. The only reason I say to not ignore them completely is that if your disk really is on the way out then you can sometimes get early warning from the /etc/daily output.
