There aren't many pre-build binaries, since most NetBSD people like to
build things themselves, coupled with the fact that the NetBSD
developers like to stress that if something doesn't build right off
the net, you need to make sure the packages receives patches that make
it so it *does* build right off the net.

With that in mind, most everything most people want for NetBSD builds
right "out of the box". Certainly things like tcsh, X11R6, and many
other highly-sought packages do. There are binary and source
distributions of X for NetBSD-1.0 on ftp.iastate.edu. My memory seems
to recall that MH is pretty much a no-brainer, also. (I've been
running it for many months with no problems). In general, you
shouldn't need any sources patches.

There are also a limited number of pre-built packages on
sipb.mit.edu:/pub/netbsd/, contributed by John Kohl <jtk@atria.com>.
I'm sure the collection will expand over time, but pre-build binaries
are generally the exception rather than the rule with NetBSD.

Hope that helps...
