I followed the Slip.FAQ and replaced my IP address in /etc/hosts with 192.0.2.1 just like it is for Windows in winsock. After connecting up with kermit and try to ftp or telnet, all I get is trying to connect to ... or connected and nothing else. Any suggestions? I think it might be the way I have it setup? Any help would be greatly appreciated. -- Brian T.
