After I switched over to FreeBSD 2.0, I can now see the outside world from the PC's internal to the network. The FreeBSD is running PPP to our service provider. After I switched over to FreeBSD 1.1.5.1, the system no longer can act as a name server. The situation is if I do not start PPP, the system can function as a name server for internal machines. Once I started the PPP, the name server no longer respond. After a while, it reports that it can not find the name server. Anyone has similar problem? Because of this problem, our mail can not be delivered.
