You could try DEC's Ultrix (current version 4.3 or 4.4) which is
not bsd-4.4, of course. It is DEC's 4.3-implementation based on bsd4.2.

There is bsd4.3, but you need unix source license.

NetBSD/vax is in thr works, as far as I know, but not functional.
The developers seeem to use a 750.
