Sorry about the bad information, but I wasn't aware that the Seagate driver also (supposedly) worked with the Future Domain cards. It's possible that the card *should* work, but I don't think it was tested on a large number of systems, so it's possible there is some tweaking that needs to be done to the driver to get it to work. I'm not sure who is responsible for the code, but I'd sent email to current@freebsd.org and see if you get an answer.
