While I don't have  an answer for you, I  would be interested in hearing
the answer if you get one.  Someone  here in Omaha is interested in the
same thing, and I have offered to help him get it  going.

Once I have the answer, of course I'll include it in the FAQ, since this
one does come up from time to time and the answer is not likely to
change once it gets set.
