Subject: restricted shell, is one available?

On other systems I've used, there has been an rsh or some other
nice restricted shell that doesn't allow the user to do much. One
isn't shipped with FreeBSD 2.0 (not that I've found anyways). Is
there one available?
Where can I find it, if it is available?

Email is preferrable, though I will read this group eventually.

Thanks!
Paco
