Hello we are using BSD386 1.1 and are having a few probs with modems.
We are using a 386 40SX, with a USR 144000 internal as COM2 2F8.
1. How do we get set the modem to answer incoming calls ?
2. Why do we get the following message when attempting to
dial out with tip ? This is how we attempt to dial out:
myhost#tip ti <- ti is a DOS BBS we want to call)
can't open log file /var/log/aculog
Using "/dev/tty01"
Segmentation fault (core dumped) <- The errror message
Even though we get dial tone, and the BBS answers etc. ????
Thanks,
sysop@TeamInfinity.com
