There wasn't last time I looked, but I grabbed the web2c distribution
from ftp.tex.ac.uk (tex-archive/systems/unix/web2c I think) and it
compiled flawlessly, out of the box. There's an xdvi package in
2.0-RELEASE/packages, although MakeTeXPK and environment variables
need a little tinkering with.

I've had a little trouble with dvips which fell over during the
compilation but I suspect that only minor changes will be necessary.
